Project Planning
At BHNT Architects, the definition of quality is based on both the finished product and the process that takes place to realize it. We do not believe in “trophy” projects realized through a design process fraught with missed deadlines, budget overruns, poor communication, and general frustration. Neither do we believe that uninspired architecture can be called quality, even when it results from a smooth process.
Our Project Management Teams are led by a hands-on Project Director – a principal in the firm – and a Project Manager. Together, they ensure our quality standard is met by executing specific processes that include:
