CURRENTLY HIRING:  Architectural Designer 

Architectural Designer (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of project design documents from Concept through CD's
• Digital design delineation using Sketch-Up, AutoCAD, 3D Studio, Photoshop
• Support project teams through all project phases

Education:

• M.Arch. from an accredited University

Experience:

• 0-3 years experience with project design
• Experience on medium to large scale projects is a plus

Required Skills:

• Ability to generate and document design ideas quickly using hand sketches and digital media
• Ability to make polished 3D digital renderings for presentation using SketchUp, 3D Studio and Photoshop
• Proficiency using AutoCAD (required)
• Experience with Revit (preferred)
• Proficiency using SketchUp (required)
• Proficiency using 3D Studio Max (required)
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and high standard of work
• Ability to successfully meet deadlines
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to interface with consultants, clients and tradespeople
